I also like to make occasional visits to Google Labs and Adobe Labs to "keep up" with the tech tools they are working on and to test drive any beta versions available. When I do find interesting tools I will keep track of them using my Delicious account. Tagged either under Development Tools or Cloud.

I will say that I’m not a fan of the analytics angle, because it opens up the approach that you could use the system in a somewhat manner of an LCMS or mini LMS (many SaaS authoring tools follow that path – and I dislike that too). The Pro version removes the watermark, gives you personalized settings and HD enhancements.

What is an LXP and why do I want one?

A colleague of mine attended a session this past week at ATD that covered LMS, LXP and LCMS (why LCMS was included? Nor have I seen the bookmarklet ability to tie into OneNote for example. In version 2.0 Anyway, he said that when the speaker asked how many people had heard of an LXP, only a couple of hands raised up.
