What Tools Should We Learn?

Everything from project management, writing, voice recording, designing graphics, developing the eLearning interface, publishing to SCORM for use on an LMS, and finally course tracking and analysis through reporting. Other than HTML, at a minimum I recommend learning XML, basic JavaScript (Web) and basic ActionScript (Flash).
