I am always bothered when vendors see the entities as one in the same. Ask yourself, how many HR people do you know that are aware of ADDIE? I seriously wonder if those vendors who push this angle, have ever worked in training at a company (inc. Skillsoft at this present time, does not sell Skillport as a separate LMS. .
