Innovation abounded and the push to focus on the “PPT to Flash&# angle continued to shine. ADL SCORM 2004 CERTIFIED. Also SCORM 1.2 & AICC. Sure, other vendors will say you can do that too, but you have to open each object file to get it. Import and convert PPT to the web, add rich media. Who has time?

If a RCAT vendor tells you they have been in business for over 10 years, they are somewhat misleading, since WBT courses really didn’t start to hit the mark until 2000 and then you have limited choices on how to build.
