I used to play with Flash for many years and you can still find my old work here : [link]. But everybody know here that Flash is dead… or nearly so… And I find in Captivate the best alternative to re-create my work !… I just create a big image (3000 x 2000 px in png) and insert it in the 360° slide.

Preview menu : for non-responsive projects, the option ‘Preview HTML5 in Browser (F11)’ is now the first option which is great! …sure will find more of those.
