Backup your computer’s hard drive – used by early adopters, but the general mass wasn’t using it for this reason. Mobile learning value is there, expands a system who offers extended enterprise. But for the majority of e-learning vendors, they just fail to see it. Why would I want it?

E-Learning Vendors and Apps. I’m not sure if it is going to take a predication by the late Edgar Cayce or Nostradamus to see the need to have native apps for people to download with the numerous m-learning, Mac store or Windows 8. More customers are going multi-tenent or extended enterprise with their own customers.

As TinCan becomes widely adopted, possibilities include synching with other devices such as the Kindle Fire, Nook and other similar products, Smart TVs, gaming devices such as Xbox, Playstation – virtually anything. Vendors love to see if something takes off or widely used and if yes, they jump on board. M-Learning.

It would not surprise me, if a vendor or two develop partnerships with AR houses to build, nor create AR apps using open source toolkits. Those that enter this space will truly be cutting edge and thus adoption will be slow. If I am an extended enterprise system that enables mobile learning features, my new term is now m-commerce.
