Recognizing a problem. Our opening exercise was to draw a cartoon that explained a problem we were working on. Creating the new book raises some interesting issues. Half a dozen of us (different folks than in the previous exercise) decided to tackle the issue of how to re-invent books that will lead to meaningful action.
