On the business side including associations where certification is a requirement, the online proctoring system again offers real value. Most tend to be proprietary, but I have seen a few that are SCORM/AICC and yes even PENS. 2/1/12- Ara Ohanian , CEO, President and Chief Happiness Officer, CertPoint. What about cheating?

If you just want the LMS, then the best fit IMO is SMB (Small to mid-size business). I should note that Saba is another HCM possible player, and that the majority of their customers also buy two modules (learning and performance). Plus why are you AICC course standard? SCORM yes – AICC? The LMS is solid.
