I use a combination of our school’s learning management system (LMS) but often use external websites such as Polldaddy , Todaysmeet , Padlet , or Voicethread just to make things more interesting and add variety. I use a simple 3-point scoring system and check more for effort than accuracy. Remember that Students Don’t Do Optional.
