No access to Elluminate. Proxy error or firewall problem. The sound quality was good. Like an idiot, I frantically tried to get the sound working. Chat messaging on Elluminate was working OK, but not the best medium for presenting a live talk. I lost Elluminate completely (again). They couldn't resolve it.
