We saw that Storyline 360 can be used to develop good software simulations and online assessments. Flash objects and interactivities in the SWF format can be inserted. Quizzes can be published to Flash, HTML5, and Articulate Player, a native mobile app available in iOS and Android flavors.

For example, having learners practice in a software “sandbox” instead of using the actual software.
