For home access, have you conducted a survey/assessment to find out about your end users and their capabilities? Do you need any other net apps to have your LMS work – i.e. Quicktime, RealPlayer, MediaPlayer and if yes, what version? What does your LMS vendor recommend for a computer? Again, what about the Mac issue?
