The data shows that what many vendors assume end users want is far from accurate. Too many vendors are focusing on talent/performance management as the next feature/component in their systems.

The LMS market is strong. Revenues across the board are up, profit margins are healthy and competition is on-going (always a good thing). While this is a great concept for party decorations, it is not for a learning platform. When I ran a training division for a trade association, we had about 20K members worldwide.

In 2009 and 2010, many vendors in the LMS market, tossed in items that at one time were extra fees. Why the extra fee for a vendor to integrate it into their system.
