Audio recorder/editor/capture tool. One photo character – I mean seriously? Numerous steps to view in HTML5. “Upload your content to a web server, you just give your learners a link to the story.htm file” – This is to view the course in HTML5 on your iPad. Flash does not work on the iPad series.

Some vendors push heavily on PPT, implying that a great WBT is really a PPT converted to Flash. Flash output – still red hot. Lots of royalty free stock photo options here – you still have to buy the license mind you, but you can find truly “free” without giving credit to anyone and add it.

For example: your first PPT slide is on the timeline then you add a word document, next an image file, another slide (your 2nd one in the deck u uploaded), then audio/movie and so on. Once you launch the course – the system automatically converts your course into a Flash. Photo is optional. Name and e-mail address is not.
