User Friendly or Hype?

A few vendors (and not just on the above list), customize so much, that you really have no idea on what the system originally looked like. Authorware was a great product, but its learning curve was extremely difficult and user friendliness was debatable. Look at the icons (if they exist), the menu path and try to create a course.
