Majority of employees access a LMS or Learning Portal out of the workplace. HTML5 will be available on every one of those tablets, plus they will offer Flash (notable exception the iPad). Oh, yeah, social learning. If you look at data across the board, two points constantly appear. Plus the iPad. what happened?

Interestingly, a large portion of LMS vendors have not optimized their products for the iPad/ iPad2 and with the exception of two content authoring tools, HTML5 capabilities, specifically the ability to output a course in HTML5 does not yet exist. I know of one vendor who gives end users the flash files after building the course.
