In 1993, I had a group page on CompuServe, where my high school students could share information with other high school students around the world. Livecasting – USTREAM. Social Search – Bing Twitter. Discussion boards, where end users could post questions, people could respond and post as well were available as well.

They used UStream for the audio, in addition to the typical phone line. I know I’m a little late to the party, but this is actually the first time I’ve used UStream. Search: Search function is really important–used heavily. Helps keep current information b/c things change so fast.
