Should I write about the CLO role (not everyone but plenty) who push hard on new learning technologies because their companies can afford it – such as custom VR content, even though, overall other companies can’t – creating a have and have not? Plus the updates and maintenance component, which everyone gets?

Our customers find our system user friendly and easy to use. We have the highest repeat customers in the industry. If I am a potential customer, I would expect nothing less to come out of the vendor’s mouth on their product and user friendliness. We are user friendly. Very easy to use. Simple, easy to use.
