Orientations, classes, and meetings are often held in Second Life. I've not really seen good examples of business cases (future ROI) for using these tools. Even Thomas Davenport, author of Thinking for a Living, has blasted these tools: blogs have detracted from productivity, not increased it. No problems getting things here.
