We lack the right questions. While the motivation question is certainly a big question, I want to skip over this for now. What is more concerning is that I don't really think we know the right questions to be asking. Clearly people are trying to get that question answered. But, is that a good question?

Interactions should be basic form-based questions created within the development application. So, again, a big question is whether they are designing a kind of simulation that plays within the simple interactions you describe? However, I question the entire expense at all.
