Traditional learning is still very effective. Blended means F2F and e-learning. Live and Die by the Big Dogs – Cornerstone, SumTotal, Saba and SuccessFactors. But the idea of blended with ILT as a fixture is the wrong mindset. We only provide compliance training to our employees. Dump ILT and paper.
