We decided to mute, similar to what we would do with a big group in a web conferencing tool like WebEx or Elluminate.

Last night I attended an award ceremony for the UK National Training Awards and was delighted to see one of my blended learning designs for the child development charity Plan International recognised with a national award. A 360 degree feedback survey, delivered at the beginning and end of the course, using online software from Track Surveys.

Training providers will have no trouble using Moodle to provide course web sites to support traditional, e or blended solutions. Get a license to Webex, Elluminate or something similar (perhaps even a free web conferencing tool like DimDim) to provide the capability to run live online sessions.
