The downside to training management products is the inability to upload any other 3rd party authoring tool or courses from an off the shelf vendor. Yeah, you can upload word docs, PPT, etc. I prefer 3rd party authoring tools that use SCORM (in whatever version) as long as it matches my LMS. How is that different than a demo?
