Over the last five years, new LMS companies have poured into the marketplace filling an obvious need of customer service and targeted business solutions. There are some learning system vendors though, who are xAPI only and offer nothing else. We also see adoption of xAPI being driven by the pressure to prove the business impact of learning. In other words, what you can you do to say to vendors, go with our product rather than build your own? .

And yeah there are vendors who will taut that they are in X list or Y rankings and thus should be included. This isn’t a beauty contest, nor a pay for play (I NEVER accept that, nor play that game, nor do I accept any referral fees or whatever some vendors offer for recommending them). Not everyone gets in. But I digress.

Not a fan of extra charge for a sandbox after you go live, nor additional costs for tenants (after an initial free one). PeopleFluent Learning – Take one part revamp of NetDimensions, another part of Gomo authoring tool, add Instilled LXP (which should be renamed as an Digital Learning Platform) and lastly Watershed LRS.
