Assessment/Survey/Polls – If your product doesn’t have it – you need it. However, the ability to do real time via mobile – i.e. ask question, people in the room respond – real time polling – hasn’t caught on yet in this space. Privacy issues continue to plague Facebook.

I've not really seen good examples of business cases (future ROI) for using these tools. Privacy / Confidentiality - Limit the visibility. So, yes, you have to set up policies and alert people just like you do around any form of electronic communication (email, IM). No problems getting things here. is discoverable.
