One of the common reasons I hear from knowledge workers inside large organizations for not following the suggestions I provide is that the organization itself puts up barriers to working this way. Lots of managers will choose to look the other way. What it’s really talking about is convergence. I know this doesn’t make sense.

Learning leaders will be more focused on relevancy of information.
