Percipio was, well, to say it politely an unmitigated disaster, a result of poor business decision making by Skillsoft. This is also about a vendor who lost their way. as of 6-22-20).

Biz Library. There are few and I mean only a few who follow this pattern (example: Skillsoft), where the course library is the primary and the system secondary. The second way, is you can purchase the LMS without buying their (Biz Library) courses. Usually when this occurs you get a crummy LMS, since the courses reign supreme.
