I've not really seen good examples of business cases (future ROI) for using these tools. eLearning Trends Enterprise 2.0 Time frame / Goal - Starting with a fixed time frame and a particular goal often gets better initial activity. Rather, I've seen them sold based on specific uses that have obvious value to the organization.
