Situated learning (learning within context in a community of practice) grows thanks to augmented mobile reality. Twitter, Yammer), wikis, blogs, discussion groups, etc. Closely related will be outsourced, especially off-shore content creation. It's also amazing how simple it is to capture video. It's a mess.
