Camtasia (probably the best tool for this goal) and Snagit are also alternatives, but there are a lot more available. Those are SWF-based but will be converted to MP4 when publishing to HTML5. Audio clips can be added and synchronized later on, need not to be done during the ‘video’ part of the capture.
