Lectora and Lectora Online support adding captions to FLV and MP4 video formats. If your file is not in this format (for example, WMV or AVI), you will need to convert it to MP4. You can convert it as you import it with Lectora Online. Click Convert to MP4. Step A: Convert your audio file to video.
