Long has tools such as Studio and Captivate been on the higher side, the same can be said for vendors such as Rapid Intake and dominKnow. Regardless, if you are not upgrading its not cheap. I like this system and its functionality in comparison to the other players in this space. That said, across the board for all Big Dog systems, their social learning functionality was weak. What makes this system unique is what it comes with as part of its system, beyond its e-commerce capability. Cost/Budget Allocation.
