Low Cost LMS - Help Needed

I received an inquiry about the need for a low cost LMS solution and I've not had time to help this person with answers. Also, my guess is that looking at License costs is probably a bad idea here since quite often there are services, hosting, etc. costs that can exceed license costs. What would you suggest?

Better Conferences - Response Needed

If you've been a reader of my blog for a while, you may have figured out that I'm almost continually surprised by what I consider to be obvious problems with the conferences I regularly attend - and no offense to the eLearningGuild, ASTD, etc. Now, I'm personally not ready to throw in the towel on conferences. Some are really good.

Would attendance have been even lower for in-person? acceptance of online conferences.

LMS Satisfaction Features and Barriers
