I’ve expanded to using Toolbook and other software. So far my personal experience is limited to Toolbook and Articulate as authoring tools. For the novice user that wants to turn PowerPoint presentations into serviceable SCORM compliant eLearning modules, I’ve been very happy with Articulate.

Seems to show a level of customer service we have all come to expect when testing something or trying it out before we buy it. Customer friendly – No. Customer Service. I can honestly say that customer service in the authoring tool world has gone downhill. You taste it and decide it is yucky.
