Diigo recently released version 3 of their social bookmarking application. This is what I use to keep track of all my resources and what generates my Daily Bookmarks posts. The biggest change in this version is really the emphasis on the social part of social bookmarking.

They are definitely secondary mechanisms as compared to LinkedIn for me. Yes it's definitely professionally oriented. Facebook is far more social. Social networking proponents say productivity can actually increase. Employees definitely need to be coached to not abuse their time at work on things like Facebook.
