While Tom again, makes some cogent points, Im compelled to point out a couple of my own. As to the flaws in the device design and my kinda lame defense of "its first gen" - Tom is right in that this isnt the MP3 player market - it seems that Amazon could have done some more refinement of the device before setting it loose.
