Be aware you are not changing the functionality angle, nor would you want do – especially around metrics, etc. There is definitely a lot of interest in 2022 around cohort-based learning, from a vendor standpoint to a buyer standpoint. People thinking cohort-based learning is the same as group/community learning.

and soon-to-be DevLearn. The Mirage where DevLearn is being held, for four nights, was pushing 3K. Screens of new solutions, updated UI/UX including metrics, and diving more into skills studio and content. Overall, I love where Cornerstone is going with learning. Another hotel. Sandwiched between two conferences.

Regardless, the number of 100% true LXPs, as they were defined, is minimal in the entire industry of learning systems. The funny thing here is that there are all types of learning systems, including LMSs that have that same UI. Nor at DevLearn. It’s not the system’s fault here. The others?
