I’m not saying that e-learning vendors who follow the “trial” and give us your credit card mantra are following this approach nor are they doing so in a nefarious way, I’m just giving you some insight in how companies that use this approach, see value in it. As one vendor who has LRS told me, it is still a work in progress and they do not offer it to their customers. While it has amazing potential, I have some concerns tied to privacy and security, which I believe need to be resolved. Compliance issues and privacy. What about countries who have staunch laws regarding privacy.
