Usually they (the publisher) asks for something like 4-5 pages of notes; I think the Word doc I sent back in was something like 18 pages! That being said, I wanted to recap a few of the notes I took (excerpted from the document I sent back to Karl - page numbers are probably off since these would refer to galley pages).
