This is Plateau’s social learning component, and it reminds me of a cross between a COP (Community of Practice) with some social learning functionality. Wikis, blogs, message board and a document library (think a repository where files can be accessed, viewed, uploaded and downloaded, inc. E-Learning 24/7.
