GeoLearning’s GeoMaestro is a LMS that packs a wallop but at the same time has some features that provide limitations. While the solution delivers more than enough for a LMS and the company gets “it&# for where the industry needs to go, GeoLearning has made some interesting decisions with GeoMaestro that to say the least is bewildering. Offers Lectora (rapid content authoring tool) as a separate option which can integrate with GeoMaestro. GeoMaestro Poor Features.

For example, I see GeoLearning relates to Learning Portals , Community of Practice, Mentoring , IntraLearn , Learnframe , ViewCentral , GeoMaestro , WBT Manager , WBT Systems , KnowledgeNet , Generation 21 , and GeoConnect. The recent addition of related terms (relationship factors) in eLearning Learning that show what how related terms are to a given result set provides some interesting insights.

GeoLearning, on the other hand, has made solid strides in recent months with their GeoMaestro Mobility Solution to design and develop their own mobile apps (for iPhone, iPad, Android and WebOS/Palm -based devices) and provide a continuum of mobile authoring, delivery and reporting via their GeoMaestro suite to the benefit of their customers now considering mobile learning for the first time (and who isn't?).
