Product Review: Plateau TMS (Talent Management System)

I’ll be the first to admit, that I was not a big fan of the previous versions of the Plateau system. After viewing the Plateau TMS, my concerns in one area have been eliminated, in others, not so much. Plateau LMS is a Talent Management System, made up of four modules. Plateau Learning. Plateau Performance.

Back in the days, the Plateau platform was ghastly awful. Jam – which is their social learning and collaboration tool. I love their training academy which comes with the system and enables clients to view various videos on “how to” do XYZ in the system. Features include: E-commerce at no additional cost.

User Friendly or Hype?

Some vendors who have failed to deliver, in my opinion, a user friendly system, due to front end or back end (admin side), or sometimes both. Plateau Talent Management System. Vendors nowadays provide training early on after you get the product, and then assume that the person will remember everything weeks later.
