Flash will still have an impact (at least in the area of mobile learning). Interestingly, it's Xyleme - an LCMS vendor that is sponsoring the site. I've argued that many training organizations and eLearning companies look and act like publishers. In the Fall of 2010, I did a series on Text-to-Speech in eLearning.
