Whenever a comparison of eLearning authoring tools is published, Captivate still is considered to be the best tool for creation of software tutorials. Camtasia (probably the best tool for this goal) and Snagit are also alternatives, but there are a lot more available. It is a normal cptx project.

Articulate has released two updates to Presenter 09 and most of the problems I had have been cleared up, or I’ve found workarounds. Inserting video uses the Insert Flash tool and has the same options as SWF files.
