The most popular systems like SumTotal and Moodle may seem like a safe bet (nobody’s ever been fired for hiring IBM, right?), but that’s not always the case, as HP Freeman discovered shortly after deciding to move from SumTotal to Moodle. In mid-2013 they had decided to leave the SumTotal system and move to another LMS.
