Underline the selected text. Control+V (Win), Command+V (Mac). Control+W (Win), Command+W (Mac). Close the project.

In his example, RJ showed us how to embed the variable into a caption, using the syntax $$myVar$$ so that instructions to the user could use the recorded name, instead of a non-personal command.
