I put up a couple of screencasts that show how to use LinkedIn for Finding Expertise and Searching for Expertise - LinkedIn Answers. Recent Guild research still puts them at the top, but I left out Lectora for course authoring which is a great development and packaging tool that is very close to Articulate in terms of reported usage.
