I agree the HTML5 tools used for mobile development are improving with each and every quarter but it will take a year or more for these capabilities to begin to match the native experience. Innovation abounded and the push to focus on the “PPT to Flash&# angle continued to shine. You get the Flash code – YES – you get the code, which you can do whatever you want with it. 264 codec, which the iPad supports, and a few browsers for HTML5. Many vendors hyping PowerPoint to Flash angle as key feature.

Investment in mobile learning will significantly increase. Mobile learning sub-disciplines will begin to emerge. Mobile learning development for tablets will become one of these sub-disciplines. Flash will still have an impact (at least in the area of mobile learning).
