Many times, I have run into whatever the learning system is, it stinks, and when you do a deeper dive, you find the content is the culprit here. I never did a storyboard and stuff like that. Thus, ignore ADDIE unless you are an instructional designer/developer who still thinks storyboards and other stuff are a must.
