Through that process, I learned that it’s not enough to just put information together and assume that somehow the viewer would understand what I meant. The second image shows how three different learners process the information. Notice that while they all get the same information, they each perceive it in a different way.

This hybrid approach allows you to build the pieces you need and still leverage the benefits of quicker production using the rapid elearning software. " I’ve had customers tell me that even if people already know the information, it doesn’t hurt them to go through the course anyway.
